A total of 10 cellular apartments of 19m2, previously used by the training centre. The rooms have a kitchenette with microwave and coffee maker, bed, duvet, pillow, 2 bedside tables, fixed desk, 2 chairs, open fireplace and wardrobe. Common area with living room and larger kitchen with oven and induction stove and some cooking utensils. The living room has a sofa and a couple of armchairs. There is also a shared laundry room with two washing machines. Rent 500€/month or 160€/week. Electricity and water are included in the rent.

You will need your own cutlery, crockery and bed linen. The common areas are cleaned weekly, with the possibility to order room cleaning for 15€+VAT/per week.
