The entrepreneur has more than 20 years of professional experience in a wide range of design, contracting, management, supervision, inspection, construction and real estate development activities in the field of infrastructure and building construction, as well as 4.5 years of professional experience as a technical sector manager in municipal and city organisations as a civil servant.

STATEMENT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS

Construction and design service Teemu Marttinen is a member of the "Reliable Partner" service of the Vastuu Group. In addition, I undertake to provide the client with certificates and statements in accordance with the Client Liability Act, which are not older than 3 months. For contracts lasting more than 12 months, the supplier undertakes to update the reports in accordance with the Subscriber Liability Act every 12 months.

Rakennus- ja suunnittelupalvelu Teemu Marttinen is registered in the pre-operating register and is liable to value added tax on its business activities.

Rakennus- ja suunnittelupalvelu Teemu Marttinen has insured its engineering services and related technical consultancy against civil liability. The amount insured for professional liability is € 1.000.000 and € 200.000 for consultancy liability (€ 1.000.000 for personal injury). The amount insured for information security insurance is € 100.000. In addition, the company has legal expenses cover to cover the opposing party's legal costs.

Insurance under the Entrepreneurs' Pension Act (YEL) is taken out with Varma Mutual Employment Pension Insurance Company. The entrepreneur has an Entrepreneur's Working Hours Accident Insurance under the Occupational Accidents and Occupational Diseases Act from the Finnish branch of If P&C Insurance Plc.

The company and the entrepreneur are committed to the provisions of the occupational safety legislation. The entrepreneur commits to the appropriate use of attention clothing, safety shoes, helmets, eye, hearing and respiratory protection and fall protection in the conditions at the work site. The Contractor shall always display a photo identification card (Valet Card) with a tax identification number at all times when on site.

CERTIFICATES AND REPORTS TO BE PRODUCED ON REQUEST

The contractor's identity and educational certificates and most recent references will be presented on request. For reasons of confidentiality and data protection, we do not publish and name references for which the right to publish has not been agreed in the original contracts.

The entrepreneur is willing to submit a credit report from Suomen Asiakastieto Oy. According to the credit report, the entrepreneur is legally competent and there are no valid credit references in the credit file.

The entrepreneur is prepared to present a clean criminal record certificate from the Judicial Register Centre to the contracting entity for inspection pursuant to Section 6b of the Criminal Records Act.

The Security Police have carried out a security check on the entrepreneur. The security clearance carried out by the Security Police did not reveal anything reportable.

I declare that the company has no grounds for exclusion under Article 80 of the Public Procurement Act.
