- The Kaustinen sub-regional unit is seeking an expert service provider to implement the development and construction of management and operational systems as part of the Management Systems and Business Networks - Pillars of Growth project.
The project is a nationwide business group project to develop the capacity of SMEs to operate in demanding industrial and defence supply chains. The focus is on developing companies' management and operational systems, documentation, quality and security practices.
The project will develop the management and operational systems of seven (7) companies to ISO standards for certification. The mandate includes building company-specific business systems, developing processes and documentation and ensuring certification readiness. The objective is to have systems in place that are practically implemented and support the companies' operations and ability to participate in demanding supply chains.
The service provider should present the implementation methodology and a fixed total price covering all measures, including internal audits, management reviews and preparation and support for the certification process.
