We operate in Kaustinen in the lower floor of a sports building renovated in 2011.
KuntoFarm has a gym and a separate weight room, as well as a comprehensive supplement sales.
We have completed the Finnish fitness sport, fitness coach training, Trainer4you personal trainer, gym coach and wellness coach training.
Exercise facilities and gym equipment approx. 55pcs consisting mainly of high quality and versatile equipment from Gymleco. In the gym you will also find e.g. kettlebells, jumping boxes, punching bag... In the gym you will find e.g. Sakari Selkäinaho's bench, Hex-bar, squat racks, squat racks, rubber bands and dumbbells up to 1-70kg.
The gym is accessible with a magnetic card every day from 5.00 to 23.00, the alarms in the sports hall go off after 23.00. Teboil sells one-off cards for 6€ when the gym is closed.
A monthly pass is only 29,90€ and a personal pass 8e.
