The house has been recently furnished and currently has all the basics for living: stove, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery (for 8 people), cooking utensils, small TV, washing machine, pillows and blankets (for 6 people). Equipment to be added as needed.

Cleaning € 30 by prior arrangement, if the final cleaning is not done properly, € 50 will be charged afterwards.

For tenancies of more than one month, the tenant must have his own electricity contract or, by negotiation, the tenant will pay the electricity bill for the period of the tenancy according to the consumption. Waste disposal and home insurance must also be taken out for a rental period of more than three months.
